The staff is welcoming and loves our animals. Dr. Williams does a great job of explaining what is happening with our dog and the options we have for treatments. They also contacted us the next day to check on our dog and answer any questions.
Great location, very clean clinic, polite and professional personnel, and very attentive and kind and loving to our Mazie.
Dr. Williams & his staff were very thorough. They explored the possible causes of my dogs illness, ran tests, and determined the best course of treatment. It is hard to see our 4 legged family members age and suffer illness, Im thankful to Dr. Williams & Poquoson for their love & care for my boy.

Our dog collapsed yesterday and we knew it was time to let him go. Our normal vet couldn’t accommodate us, so my daughter called Poquoson because she takes her ferret to them. They made room for us and honestly, it was like we had always brought our pets to them. Dr. Nelson and Shelby couldn’t have been more caring and wonderful. They took a horrible situation and made it bearable. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Awesome staff and high quality care
I don't know where to begin. I was so thankful to find a vet that could take us in the same day and we were able to get in at this hospital. it was my first visit to this vet hospital and I was definitely not disappointed. everybody was friendly and very caring. They took care of my Darth Vader so well going above my expectations making sure he had everything he needed to feel better. We will be back next week for his follow-up, but we will be back for sure.
