We came in, we were seated immediately, and then nobody came to take our order....we sat for nearly ten minutes and weren’t greeted by anyone. We got up and left. This is not a very good first impression.

Absolutely the worst dining experience of my life!! My wife and I both ordered the New England clam chowder. The waiter couldn’t even tell us what we received what ever it was wasn’t fit to feed anyone and there was no clams in it we were offered a chicken vegetable soup instead which after one bite wasn’t very good either instead of a refund they took 10% off the check. You only get one chance at first impressions

We went for dinner on a Sunday night. I had to seat myself after the hostess tells me she would be right there and kept passing by just to be ignored. Service was slow(sooooo slow) saw our waitress only twice! Drinks were watered down from sitting at the bar to long, food was mediocre. Definitely not worth 100$. 👎 it wasn’t even busy.

Party of four. Waited 1-1/2 hours for food. My soup was delivered only after I asked where it was...15 minutes later, a salad was delivered...15 minutes after that, another salad was delivered. Waiter dropped the plastic container of dressing on the way to table, picked it off the floor, and put it back on the salad plate!!! We sent it away, asked for a manager. Salad taken off the order, drinks and dessert were offered, and 20% taken off bill. They tried to rectify the situation, but not a happy experience. Food arriv... read more

My fall off the bone ribs weren't even close to falling off the bone. Applebees does a better job. High prices for average food. Won't go back.

Service and atmosphere were fine. I had all you can eat rib Wednesday on my list of places to try as I really like trying different bbq places smoking measts myself. I didn't see the fall off the bone note on the menu, didn't really look, but the ribs did fall off the bone easily. Unfortunately people have been conditioned to think fall off the bone is a good thing. Ribs should hold together when you take a bite, not fall off the bone. The atmosphere was really good... love the open concept.... but the mixed drink I ordered was terrible.... tasted like plastic. And the food was under par. My husband ordered pulled pork and although the meat was tasty... there was no sauce at all ? We waited 25 minutes for our bill after we were done eating.... it was disappointing....

Not happy. Ordered yellowtail grilled. Got mahi mahi. Waiter disappeared. Never checked back again. Another waiter finally got the ck for us after numerous attempts to flag some one down. Maybe he quit. Maybe he was smokin a joint. Whatever. Won't be back.
