Verified Renter This is my second year living at Portiva and have enjoyed it very much. The amenities are top notch. The 24 hour fitness center has tons of room and different equipment. I also really enjoyed the multiple gas fire pits located around the complex during the cool weather. The parking area is gated which makes me feel safe. The walls are also fairly thick, I have never heard my neighbors on either side of me. Verified Renter I couldn't be happier to call Portiva my home. From the staff to the maintenance to the amazing ammenities, this facility is top notch. I train daily and having a full gym with every possible piece of equipment available 24/7 is a dream come true for me. I should also mentiont the equipment is state of the art and better than the gym I attend regularly and pay to use! It is immaculate as are the entire grounds. I would highly recommend this community if you are looking for your next home.
