Verified Renter I couldn't be happier to call Portiva my home. From the staff to the maintenance to the amazing ammenities, this facility is top notch. I train daily and having a full gym with every possible piece of equipment available 24/7 is a dream come true for me. I should also mentiont the equipment is state of the art and better than the gym I attend regularly and pay to use! It is immaculate as are the entire grounds. I would highly recommend this community if you are looking for your next home.
Verified Renter I love living at the Portiva. It is conveniently located and has modern, well laid out apartments, a well-equipped gym, and a beautiful pool. It is a dog-friendly facility and they have a dog park on the premises which my dogs love. I would definitely recommend the Portiva to anyone who is looking to rent in the area.
