From the moment I arrived i was greeted kindly. The saleswoman explained everything. We went in designed it. I was happy with it. Then went home changed my mind on some things. I called back they made changes. It was delivered when I wasn't on site. They sent me pictures. Communication was great. Its leveled and made of good quality materials. Very happy overall.
Great customer Service from start to finish. I enjoyed working with the whole Post team from the sale rep to the installers. EVERYONE was helpful and very professional. The quality of workmanship was very, very good and Post was able to get my install scheduled within 3 weeks of making the order. They were much faster than their competitors which had me scheduled out 3-4 months. Any changes that needed to be made were never a hassle or a problem and it did not impact my install date either. Post Woodworking took the time to help me figure out just the right shed design and color for my space. I really appreciated how friendly, patient and helpful both the staff and builders were in allowing us to incorporate our own shingles in part of the design to coordinate with our house. Love the way it turned out!
Where do I begin, what a beautiful shed. I’m thrilled. Everything is perfect. Fellows that demo the old shed and built the new shed were very professional and hard working . The entire experience was great! Designing the shed with Tiffany was such a great experience, she was extremely helpful! The communication leading up to the install was quick and helpful. They moved my old shed in less than an hour, no damage and the old shed is nice and level. The install team was prompt, polite and all business they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.
