Outstanding crew and service. Very smooth installation.
The ordering process with Tiffany was fast and easy. The builders showed up on time, completely disassembled the old shed and loaded it, then built the new one with no problem. Worked hard, fast, effectively.
Our experience was both outstanding and very stress free. Our sales person, Tiffany, was very professional, very well versed in the products Post Woodworking offers, and made the choices and decisions necessary to decide on the type of shed we wanted and needed very easy. Professional, great communication & the shed it just was we asked for and on time for delivery & install
Customer service was excellent, top notch. Doing business with PW was easy and seemless. The quality of the materials and product is really good. The install team was really good. Only issue I have had is the door on the shed hits the floor and the door is really hard to close. This was seen at the install but wasn't fixed properly, so now I have to fix it somehow.
The new shed looks great in our backyard! The opening is wide enough to drive my rider mower in with room to spare for other items. Will spend more time with it when spring rolls around and more outdoor chores can be done and more items can be stored in it.
I was very pleased with all parts of my experience with Post Woodworking: the tool on their website that I used to create my shed and visualize it, the office workers who reviewed my order and explained certain specialized terms, and especially the workers who assembled the shed. It was a pleasure to watch them. If you want a shed, I wholeheartedly recommend Post Woodworking.
