RecommendedI moved here in 2021. I hope I never have to leave. The apartments are spacious and VERY well maintained. The pool is awesome. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The staff is the best. They go above and beyond. Our maintenance team responds so quickly, and they do an amazing job. The social events are fun and I have met so many lovely people I now call dear friends. I LOVE living at PowderMill Apartments.

The caring staff and friendly neighbors, quiet and well-maintained apartments and community, beautiful trees and landscaping, convenient location, and amenities including swimming pool, tennis court, picnic areas, and fun social and recreational activities are what makes Powder Mill Apartments feel so welcoming and safe for my kids and me. We love it here and are grateful to call it our home.
After living in the middle of nowhere we are so happy to get back to the real world. Powder Mill apartments have been the perfect fit for us. Everyone has gone out of their way to make the move an enjoyable experience. Thank you Powder Mill for everything.
I like the 1st floor apt and the staff is really good at taking care of problems Our refrigerator went out on a Sunday it was replaced in about 4 hours The only problem we have is the rent goes up every two years you would think living here 4 and 1/2 years the rent could remain stable
