Close to many stores,etc, too close to Joanne’s and the dollar general, and Handel’s Ice Cream 🍦! Nice resident activities, pool, mature trees, buildings kept immaculately, maintenance service within 24 hrs, more like 24 minutes !

Just left Powder Mill Apartments a few weeks ago. I sold forever home and looking to downsize. Year stop over at Powder Mill was exactly what we needed while searching for smaller home. We loved Powder Mill! Tina, Susie and the rest of the crew treated me like family! I’ve made some lifelong friends, I look forward to visiting often and joining in the fun!! Thank you all for making our transition year so enjoyable!
Love living here at PM! It's the best apartment complex around. The residents are friendly, lots of little doggies, you can garden...love planting flowers. They are always having such nice events here and the staff are superior. The grounds are beautiful for walking your doggies or getting your exercise. I cannot be happier!
