I think the facility is over booked with patients. The wait times are extremely long and the Doctor seems very rushed to leave and run to the next room. I fear that something will be missed or not treated properly the first because timing quotas may be a consideration. It was my first visit so I am willing to give it another chance.
Gray service, easy to schedule
Dr. Perez was thorough with explanations, patient with questions, and responsive to concerns about recovery from ankle surgery. Very relaxed but professional demeanor. The staff was great as well, responding quickly to messages, med refills, and post-op questions by phone. Saving my ankle
Dr Gonzalez was very thorough in describing my diagnosis and treatment options. I am ordinarily nervous when dealing with doctors, but she made me comfortable.
It was worth it and I was pleased with the Service I got. The Only thing it was a long wait but was OK
When I walked in the door, staff greeted me with respect. I was amazed. I was treated like family.
My procedure was successful and the staff was extremely comforting and helpful with getting me through a challenging process.
The doctor has great bedside manner, is friendly, communicative, easy-going, knowledgeable, competent, and has the a lot of experience in the field. He has treated my mother, sister, and now me. We like him and his office very much.
