Went to the Gaithersburg location and the service was excellent. Staff is extremely great can’t get better than that. Love it. Will recommend everyone.
Dr. Thompson and his staff make you really feel they care about you. He is very knowledgeable and he can explain what is wrong with you in layman's terms.
I used Dr. Thompson for a nagging ankle injury. I have to say, I was really nervous to go to a doctor and really putting it off. Dr. Thompson put all my fears aside and made me feel completely secure. His advice and direction was reassuring and my path to recovery is now complete!
I saw Dr. Bhatnagar for a shoulder injury recently and the visit felt rushed and I felt like he wasn't attentive or invested in my well being. Quite frankly, I felt like a number and not a person. I would not recommend this physician to anyone if they are looking for attentive and caring attributes.
Never touch knee Never showed or went over Xrays and I had to talk him into therapy. Highly not recommended
Dr. Bhatnagar, in my estimation, is equally useless. I think he is a complete liar. He wasted months of my time. He said he was going to operate on my hip to repair my hip replacement, but when I recently saw him in his office, he said he doesn't perform that kind of surgery, and he referred me to a pain specialist. WHAT? Why did he all of the sudden decide that he wouldn't operate? He wouldn't answer that question. Why have I been engaged with him in the last several months? The practice seems ok, and the techs were great. However, I had a 9:30 appointment with Dr. Bhatnagar, and wasn’t called until almost 10:15, with no explanation or suggestion anyone regretted the delay. He was polite, but either his mind was elsewhere or he just wasn’t particularly interested in my situation, and after asking me why I had so many stitches in an injury, then suggested only half be removed, requiring a second visit.
