Staff was friendly and attentive!
Very friendly staff and environment. Just make sure you arrive on time or early, to get your appointment started on time. Dr. Thompson is very friendly and knows what he is doing when it comes knee injuries.

Went to the Gaithersburg location and the service was excellent. Staff is extremely great can’t get better than that. Love it. Will recommend everyone.
Dr. Thompson and his staff make you really feel they care about you. He is very knowledgeable and he can explain what is wrong with you in layman's terms.
The check-in process was great, the front office personnel were very professional. A great asset to your team. My issue was with the physician that was assigned to me. I went into the office for knee and ankle pain on my left leg. The exam given by the physician was very poor, he spent less than three minutes with me; I spent more time waiting in the exam room waiting for him. This was my first time seeing Dr. Berkenblit for a knee issue. I was first seen by a nurse or technician who was very friendly and professional and wrote down my concerns. I had an exray done of my knee and then met with Dr. Berkenblit. He asked me a few questions but cut me off midsentence each time. He was quite dismissive of my problem since as he put it 'there was no arthritis in the knee and I did not need surgery. If the problem continues, come back,' That was it. Visit over in 10 minutes. Dr. Patibanda was rude, angry that I asked questions and ignored my cardiac issues. He was insulting and unable to have a conversation with my husband and myself. He asked me what my concerns were, then repeated what he thought he heard, and became furious when I pointed out misunderstandings. My issues were terrible side effects from the pain meds prescribed for my knee replacement rehab, NOT, as he said, looking for a pain med that would remove all of the pain and have no side effects. I saw Dr. Bhatnagar for a shoulder injury recently and the visit felt rushed and I felt like he wasn't attentive or invested in my well being. Quite frankly, I felt like a number and not a person. I would not recommend this physician to anyone if they are looking for attentive and caring attributes.
