Started going to Doc B in 2017,after hip replacement I had alot of pain 1yr post-op. Continued to yell him something was wrong. He finally did a Bursectomy. Didn't help. It got to the point he would listen or explain anything. Had knee replacement and he treated me like I was nobody. I still have horrible pain in hip and thigh. Went to a REAL SPECIALIST. Dr. Bhatnagar, in my estimation, is equally useless. I think he is a complete liar. He wasted months of my time. He said he was going to operate on my hip to repair my hip replacement, but when I recently saw him in his office, he said he doesn't perform that kind of surgery, and he referred me to a pain specialist. WHAT? Why did he all of the sudden decide that he wouldn't operate? He wouldn't answer that question. Why have I been engaged with him in the last several months? Didn't listen to my concerns. Zero empathy. 12 weeks after hip replacement surgery, my hip is getting worse and the pain is horrible. He made my leg over 1/2" longer than the other leg, which makes walking extremely difficult and causes extreme back pain and pain in my other hip. I have never been so frustrated in my life. When presented with this info, this doctor said I was "standing crooked" and holding my hips "crooked"!!!!! Perhaps I was BECAUSE HE MADE THEM THAT WAY! One week prior to my appointment an MRI showed I have Spinal Stenosis. While not life threatening it has so far been life altering. Going into my appt. I needed information on prognoses, treatment plan and options. My appt. was at 3:00 so arrive at 2:30 to fill out additional paperwork on top of what I filled out online. At 3:34 Dr Yu walks into the room and asked me all the typical questions, how I feel, my pain level currently, highest pain level and so forth. Poor Office management, the appointments do not make sense, you wait at least 1 hour until the Dr sees you. The logistic to schedule MRI takes 1 week, they do not care that you are under pain, they lie to you that it is in process when they did not call the Insurance yet. Last time I notice the overload the appointments you do not find a place to sit while waiting. Office management is the absolute worst. I scheduled an appointment with Zocdoc and then the office called me the day of my appointment at 9:45am to tell me that the doctor no longer goes to Gaithersburg on day of my appointment. Of course, they have know this well before 9:45am on the day of my appointment but never bothered to call me until after I had taken a day off work for my appointment. They just don't care, absolute worst.
