My son came in the other day & had to wait 45 min before he was seen
Great customer service! The phone call was very nice from Jessica. The only complaint that I have is you sent too many appt confirmations: email, phone call and 2 text messages. I replied the to the 1st text and I still got the reminder call and another text and email. Dr. D was awesome! Thanks for sending this survey - it's the best way to get constructive feedback.
I am very happy with the care I receive at Preferred Dental. The staff are very well trained and caring and I have had good outcomes from the procedures. The only negative is that the outside of the building is rather rundown and tacky looking. Initially it turned me off and I did not want to go there. I was surprised to find all the latest equipment and good people inside. I have recommended your practice to others and they did not follow up--perhaps because of this reason?

I enjoyed my visit as always. Dr Yu is the best. The staff is always helpful and happy.
It was an overall a good experience. I got all my questions answered and I was very calm to know that the doctor took his time to listening to my concern.
Need to lower your prices ob Gold just because gold goes up that does mean your prices go up , be real its not 100 % gold its mixture and most of the time its only 1/4 of a ounce not troy yes its 18 k. but your service is good and would recommend your service
