Took a lot longer than I thought a basic clean/x-ray 6 mo check would take (more than two hours, when I thought it would be no more than an hour. Sat a bit in chair. Also, seems to be some confusion as to sending paperwork verification to Ortho. Faxing it back seems the obvious course rather than hand carrying with risk of losing. Then the office also gets to keep a hard copy. Otherwise everyone is always very professional and courteous.
I've always enjoyed my office visits and the personnel is great! However, the last few times I have had an appointment, I have waited at least 30 mins for my appointment. Since I work full time I take time off of work to make my appointments, but lately, the wait has been so bad that I am late back to the office where I have responsibilities, just as your office does. I have referred a handful of patients to your practice and hope they are satisfied. The team is great - just need to work on the timing of things. :)
