My mom had been in the car she's 95 and she needed to go to the bathroom. They got a wheelchair and wheelchair in with the dog and helped her go to the bathroom while I was in my doctor's appointment I really appreciate the help thank you

Only recommended what was needed though other issues with my hands/fingers may develop. Appreciated that attitude of not doing surgery if my joints were not hurting at this point. Great explanation (with diagrams) of what the problem was and surgical procedure. Explained throughout the procedure what he was doing. Acknowledged my education and healthcare background in his explanations. I never felt talked down to.
