I felt a bit confused by what the doctor said versus the nurse regarding the need for PT. He said that PT was optional but that it would speed up the healing process. She indicated that it was something that I needed to do. In hindsight I should have asked for clarification. I think that’s on me, not them. I work at a job in which I’m on my feet quite a bit, so getting PT is probably a wise choice anyway.
