I gave this office a second chance, only to be met with an almost two hour delay because of incompetence in reading my MRI on cd. The Drs response to the delay, not an apology but excuses and blame for my previous provider. Then he had the arrogance to say I was missing out on the “only Harvard trained Dr in WY”. I’m guessing there are some in Colorado, and at least I’ll know I have to take the whole afternoon off just to be seen in a timely manner.

No, I was ignored and blamed for office incompetence. The Dr had 5 min left to actually see me after waiting nearly two hours. Plus was told I had to have an X-ray to start PT. I showed up early for that purpose, never got an X-ray either.
