The front desk people are always great. The nurses/Mas seem to be in a rush. After removing my stitches I became nauseated. She brought me a bottle of water and a barf bag, told me to take as long as I needed and to leave when I was ready. She shut the door and left. I was on crutches. Leaving someone alone to navigate out of the exam rooms who is also light headed is unsafe, a liability issue and seems very uncaring

He explained things well but didn't seem to be concerned or empathetic with my complaints. He seemed more concerned about moving on to the next patient.

Training for use of the crutches BEFORE surgery, sizing the crutches correctly for post surgery, putting me in a wheelchair to leave the facility instead of a gait belt and walk behind me as I struggle with crutches too short and stumble around would have helped post surgery. Assistance leaving the exam rooms and concern for my well being would be nice. Responsive to emails and phone calls less than 24 hours would also be important post surgery

He could have answered my questions… basically said I was a lost cause …. I was in and out in about 15 minutes …was the shortest doctor visit I’ve ever had…It is what it is.
