Things were running about an hour behind which is fine however the chairs are a little too tightly stacked and there's no room to stand anywhere except outside which when you're battling back pain you're standing and sitting pretty consistently trying to find relief

Very confusing experience. Wasn’t sure if I was getting email for paperwork or that the person I talked to understood. I could never figure out if I needed to have an X-ray done and why that was needed prior to my appointment. I received a call to change time of my appointment but then had question and was not added to three people before I finally said never mind. I never got my question answered.

Front desk help tends to forget to make the follow up appointment and has make a list on the appointment date. Not very friendly, non eye contact at all!!
