Outstanding Customer Service I worked with Kyle Hein, who came into the dealership early to meet me because of my time constraints. He had cars ready to show me and to test drive, as well as all the necessary paperwork. Thanks to Leo once again I went back a year after getting a car I was happy with to get the car of my dreams. When I went, the dealer was laying off people and there was tension. Basically a car dealership is a car dealership, its finding someone you trust and respect to help you no matter whats going on around them. If you go to Cape cod Premier Jeep, Leo Laemmle is the person you want to deal with. In this world of untrustworthy people trying to "help" you, he really is.

Enjoyable We were immediately helped by Rob, an honest and candid sales associate. He helped us find the car that was right for us without pressure. Kara did a great job with the financial end. Giovanni was a true treat at the end with a comprehensive overview of the vehicle. We feel confident that we received a fair deal and I plan to return when we need our next vehicle.

Easiest Jeep Purchase Ever My wife and I went to Premier last Saturday to look at Jeep Wranglers. My boss had suggested I go there as she had purchased her car there and thought the pricing was good. I was skeptical as I have always gone to Boston to save money. Our sales rep (Mike Lavoie) did not give us the hard sell, just patiently answered our questions as we test drove 3 vehicles. The perfect experience We fell in love with our 2017 Jeep Wrangler the second it was given to us as a loaner. A few phone calls and some patience until the right time later, it was sitting in our driveway with our names on it :) Leo was responsive, interactive and kept us up to date with the entire process from start to finish. Andrew in Finance was fabulous when the day finally arrived for us to pick it up - made the process humorous, quick and easy. Our 2nd Jeep purchased from them and definitely won't be our last.

New Lease 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn (BLACK) This is my third vehicle experience at this dealership. Every individual has been extremely professional, responsive, and honest with me each time.
