Enjoyable We were immediately helped by Rob, an honest and candid sales associate. He helped us find the car that was right for us without pressure. Kara did a great job with the financial end. Easiest Jeep Purchase Ever My wife and I went to Premier last Saturday to look at Jeep Wranglers. My boss had suggested I go there as she had purchased her car there and thought the pricing was good. I was skeptical as I have always gone to Boston to save money. Our sales rep (Mike Lavoie) did not give us the hard sell, just patiently answered our questions as we test drove 3 vehicles. The perfect experience We fell in love with our 2017 Jeep Wrangler the second it was given to us as a loaner. A few phone calls and some patience until the right time later, it was sitting in our driveway with our names on it :) Leo was responsive, interactive and kept us up to date with the entire process from start to finish. Andrew in Finance was fabulous when the day finally arrived for us to pick it up - made the process humorous, quick and easy. Our 2nd Jeep purchased from them and definitely won't be our last.

Painless experience The folks at Premier Cape Cod are professional and courteous. Rob Dombrowski in particular was able to find the perfect vehicle for me after I came in convinced I had already found what I wanted online, but had misunderstood the interior description and had no interest.
Great Beginning Experience, But Wrap Up Disappointing I wish I was writing this review stating it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end, however, I truly felt the level of concern for wrapping up my lease was not present at all.
