Very satisfied with drop off and pick up. Only improvement is Jeep is the only company of car I owned that doesn’t clean the car after service. Would be a great improvement to compete with other luxury cars

Service experience was good except for the lack of masks The service from Michelle was excellent, she very carefully reviewed my concerns upon arriving, during the service process she kept me informed of status, provided me with a loaner as the work took more time than initially expected, the loaner process was easy, and my check out process was easy. Premier took the car in on schedule and had it done when promised. The lounge area was limited to four people for safe distancing. Everyone wore masks as required! Great place for service!
