Incredibly Easy and Friendly Experience Came over to the cape from Nantucket to purchase a Jeep - and had the best experience I've ever had in the car buying world - Kyle and his team were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made it a fast and easy process. Service department very friendly and efficient. Excellent lounge area. Routine service done well although tech neglected to attend to requested tire pressure fixes. Recommend Premier.

Good service people...could be easier to deal with I have been bringing my 2016 RAM to this dealership since I bought the car, and the service is good, although I find the dealership needlessly difficult to deal with at times.

My husband and I just leased our first vehicle. Obrian was wonderful to work with! He made the car buying process seamless from the first call until I drove off with my new car. He never pressured me and was very knowledgeable and accommodating in working with a very indecisive client (me) and I appreciated his constant contact with me through the entire process. Ram 2019 center console issues My new Ram (oct 2019) console starting acting up and required replacement. This was a repeat of the experience on a 2018 Ram 1500 the year before.
