Good service people...could be easier to deal with I have been bringing my 2016 RAM to this dealership since I bought the car, and the service is good, although I find the dealership needlessly difficult to deal with at times.

My husband and I just leased our first vehicle. Jack and Andrew were an absolute pleasure to work with, professional, and explained everything thoroughly (which was absolutely necessary for us first timers). Highly recommend Premier Cape Cod and the outstanding employees they have. Albeit from CT, we would definitely go out of our way to see Jack for our next car. Obrian was wonderful to work with! He made the car buying process seamless from the first call until I drove off with my new car. Ram 2019 center console issues My new Ram (oct 2019) console starting acting up and required replacement. This was a repeat of the experience on a 2018 Ram 1500 the year before.
