I recently bought a new Jeep fromPremier and was very I recently bought a new Jeep from Premier and was very happy with the sales process. I traded in a late model Audi and received a fair price. My new vehicle was ready for pickup in three days and the pickup went very smoothly
This time it was a very good experience. Treated fairly and professionally. The customer service rep, Michelle, was excellent as always. Appropriate virus infection precautions were in place. Thank you.
Fixes on used car not correct When I purchased the car I pointed out a scratch and asked if that could be touched up which they did but the first time I took the car through a car wash weeks later the fix was no longer fixed. I requested the cover for the tow hitch on the back be repaired and they did but it should have been replaced which was the first solution mentioned and now since the repair was not a replace I have to return and have it replaced. Love my vehicle, not happy with the repairs performed.

After not using my Jeep for a short period of time I brought it into Premier to have it looked at and make sure it’s in top shape for spring/summer, Danielle the service manager set me up in a loaner while Michelle the service advisor set up my car to have a safety check! My car was there for 3 days and they always kept in touch with the progress.
