Jeep Ranger Rubicon 2018 10,000mi Everyone was so concerned and attentive to our needs on this recurring battery electrical stop/start problem. Even Leo from sales came up to check in. We wish we weren’t having this problem with the Jeep that we purchased from Premier...we have lost confidence in using the Jeep...but we are pleased with everyone at Premier! Good service. I was in for an oil change, tire rotation and 10 point inspection. Only wish the mechanics were a bit more careful, found scratches on my cold air intake I had just installed night before. It Was a nice chrome polished pipe.

Cherokee Oil Change I was greeted by Michelle, who was very pleasant. We utilized social distancing and I handed her my key fob. She told me the service would take an hour and exactly one hour later, my SUV was back. I did not stay in the waiting area, but walked around the lot to look at new Jeeps. I did not partake of any amenities in the waiting area, due to concerns regarding the pandemic.

No pressure and they made sure that I was totally happy Giovanni and the rest of the team at Premier helped me find A new heavier duty truck.
