ABOVE AND BEYOND. VERY ACCOMODATING I WORKED WITH KYLE TO PURCHASE A 2015 JEEP. I DIDN'T HAVE MY TITLE FOR MY TRADE IN, BUT THEY KEPT THE VEHICLE UNTIL THE TITLE ARRIVES. I WAS ABLE TO GO HOME WITH NEW VEHICLE THE SAME DAY. KLYE AND THE FOLKS AT PREMIER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.
New Car Inspection I had recently leased a new Compass and stopped in to pick up the registration. With the aid of Kyle Hein, we were able to get the Compass right in for an inspection. The whole process took about 20 minutes and there was no charge. They also inflated the tires to the proper psi due to the cold weather. The service at Premier is the best I've ever experienced anywhere, and I've purchased / leased a lot of cars.
Jeep Cherokee Purchase This is my second Jeep purchase at Premier Cape Cod, and I returned based upon past experience with the sales and service departments. All staff were professional and informed, and also want to especially acknowledge Rob Dombrowski, with whom I had the most contact, and who was exceptional !
Had to come back a second time in two weeks The day after I brought my new jeep home my passenger noticed the vent was not secured in the “socket”. I made an apt with Premier service center & brought it in. A gentleman helped me but I didn’t catch his name. I explained to him that I can push the vent in & it looks stable but after awhile it just pops out. Service Excellent customer service excellent oil change tire rotation checked everything in my jeep that I needed I was only in dealership for a half a hour very efficient I also had water snacks while waiting it went very fast like I like it didn’t wait long at all that day
Saturday services Did not have an appointment and needed an oil change and tire rotation on my leased Cherokee and David Nickerson was happy to assist me
