Disappointed Brought my Jeep in for basic service and roof swap out. I love that you do the roof for me and am super appreciative of this. However, as I am heading off Cape my engine light comes on. I split my time between the Cape and just outside of Boston. Engine lights should not be coming on right after being serviced. Called the dealership and was told there is not much they can do unless I bring the car back in the shop. atonement After initially being highly disappointed with the level of service, this dealership ended up doing the exact right thing and making my experience an excellent one. Check engine light Really went out of their way to get me in and out. Had to replace thermostat and car fob and service extended themselves to avoid making me wait thru lunch. I had to wait for car while being serviced.

40k Service. I needed an oil change and was also approaching 40k miles. I called and it was suggested I should have the 4x4 service as well. Was told total appointment would be about two hours. Jeep was ready in an hour and 1/2. A pleasant surprise.
