The scheduling was done very professionally and communicated to me on an ongoing time frame. Eddie’s was was the employee who cleaned my carpet. He was very personal, explained exactly what he was going to do and did an excellent job. The whole process went very well. I was completely satisfied.

It’s always nice when somebody greets you with a smile and happy to do their job. Talk about pride this stems all the way down from the owner. You can tell he’s trained his people to a T I get this company a 10 star rating and I’m not just saying that I am a licensed real estate broker and I’ve been doing my business for 30 years so it’s a blessing when I come across somebody that does their job and has pride in it The person you want to ask for is Eddie he goes on and beyond and he will also educate you about the type of carpet you have, and what you need to do to prolong the longevity of your carpet life on top of that you will get a phenomenal clean job

This is the second time I have had my carpets cleaned by them and they look great. The only issue this time is I was told by my carpet cleaner they couldn’t do anything about pet orders, which is the main reason I chose Premier. Their website states they can help with pet orders.

Premier Carpet Cleaning was great from the start. I had to cancel twice on them due to snow and they were friendly and great about rescheduling. Then I got Tevin who came out and completed the cleaning. He was a great young man… very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind, answered all our questions. He did great work and we are happy with the results.
