Great first visit I had a great first visit, Everyone was very nice and very professional. Sara did a great job cleaning my teeth. First time in a long time that I left the dentist and my teeth weren't hurting. Dr. Alex was great as well. Explained everything and told me exactly what needed to be done.

I Love Granville Dental! Dr. Mark is great! He takes the time to know me personally and understand my dental needs. He is gentle and caring and my teeth look great! Overall, his dental practice is about customer service. I like the reminder phone calls... Shiela is great! I also like the incorporation of techonolgy with the text and/or email reminders. The satff is so friendly. I always enjoy seeing Shiela and Lindsay.
Great, as always... When Dr.Kiner retired, I really wasn't sure about another dentist taking over his patients (I had gone to Dr.Kiner exclusively for almost 30 years), but Dr.Mark & staff are entirely up to the task. They're all knowledgeable, highly skilled, incredibly friendly, and empathetic. As was the case with Dr.Kiner & staff, this group truly wants to help patients save their smiles. Helping others is their goal, and you can tell that they're not "in it" for the money. Kudos & keep up the awesome work!
It was too much fun! Today was Allie's first teeth cleaning. She love Mrs.Sera, the orange tooth paste, and Dr Mark was very fun-even sang to Allie. It was too much fun!
Highly Recommend! Loved my dental hygienist Mel. She was very thorough with my cleaning and explained things step by step. She made recommendations as to how I could clean my teeth and gums better and how to prevent gum erosion. This was my first time seeing Dr. Alex and he was also very nice and spent sufficient time examining my teeth. Sheila at the front desk is the best!
