Lynn's straight to the point style works great for me. She tells it how it is, and doesn't sugar coat anything. While explaining things, she will make you sure you understand EVERYTHING, and if you don't get it, she will find another way to explain to you.

I had a great experience working with John throughout the loan process. Our house was an unexpected last minute purchase which meant that we were not well prepared.
