As a realtor, I can appreciate the work he did in that I NEVER had to nag him to do his job as I frequently have to do with other lenders. While I didn’t receive any communication from him at all, I did through the buyers agent, which was sufficient. He made my job easier by doing his job perfectly!

What made my experience great was the open line of communication throughout the process. Our loan officer was very patient with us throughout the process and if we had questions provided us with the proper instruction to get what was needed. I feel our loan officer did a good job with us.
