2 1/2 hours to get an oil change. This will be my first and last visit to this place.
Leased a Nissan Leaf from them 3 years ago. At the time, they offered me a warranty to cover for excess wear and tear. To be safe, I bought it. I returned the car a month ago and got a bill from Nissan for the excess wear and tear (a few scratches here and there and broken wheel caps). I have been contacting them for more than a week now to find out what is happening and they don't get back to me or try to solve the problem. Be very careful when you buy or lease any vehicle at this location. Sales agent- Thomas and general manager are arrogant and fraud. When they wanted business they called/ texted several times .They don't mention all the fees upfront. Finance manager also never mentioned about extra fees and it was mentioned in small letters in document. While reading document, I came to know about fees . Now they are not solving issue of extra fees. Don't buy/ lease any vehicle from this location.

The fee you are referring to is the disposition fee which is charged by the Leasing company in case you do not purchase the car at the end of the lease or alternatively not buy another Nissan, in which case the fee will be waived. In February, we came into Premier Nissan as we received a recall notice. We left our car there and came back after 5:00 PM. They did nothing to our car. Doc Whitmore, out service rep asked me if I had changed the transmission fluid, and other questions. I told him I had, and kept the maintenance on our vehicle. He told me, my wife and daughter that there was a recall on our cars transmission and it would be replaced. I felt like a hostage!!! After scheduling my appointment for a minor service that should take no more than an hour my daughters and I were stuck there for almost two and half hours!!! There is no excuse for this.
sale man here had no respect . he watch news on his phone not even had it silence while on a test drive. they sell certified car but it broken seat and headliner is torn. who certified those. beware when ur buying here.
