Service dept. sucks like hell. After what happened today I will never bring my car there to get serviced & I will never buy another car from this dealership. How do you tell ppl that have an appt. that you're too full & we can't service your car. I drove all the way from Sunnyvale to get my car serviced today at my appt. time & the guy at the desk act like he didn't care. Giving his me half ass sorry. Service department just wasted an hour of my time. They didn't have time to diagnose my AC (which doesn't work, at all) a couple weeks ago when I brought it in for service. Fine, maybe 4 hours isn't enough to do routine service, and look at the AC. I had a fixed deadline, I can only blame them so much on that. So I scheduled an appointment online for them to diagnose the AC. Oh, hey, they have Saturday hours. Pretty convenient.
