Service dept. sucks like hell. After what happened today I will never bring my car there to get serviced & I will never buy another car from this dealership. How do you tell ppl that have an appt. that you're too full & we can't service your car. Service department just wasted an hour of my time. They didn't have time to diagnose my AC (which doesn't work, at all) a couple weeks ago when I brought it in for service. Fine, maybe 4 hours isn't enough to do routine service, and look at the AC. I had a fixed deadline, I can only blame them so much on that. So I scheduled an appointment online for them to diagnose the AC. Oh, hey, they have Saturday hours. Pretty convenient.
