The worst management. Very rude
Need to find a new dentist for my son honestly the customer service at this current orthodontist office absolutely sucks I’m paying quite a bit of money for the braces he currently has in his mouth && there’s ALWAYS issues with scheduling/returning phone calls, payments/balances, the system/informal updates, && just communication period I’ve pretty much had it there’s ALWAYS some discrepancies or miscommunication with their employees even as I physically have been in the office trying to gain clarity from staff it’s ridiculo... read more
