First time customer, but won't be the last time I use Premier Property Services. Hired them to clean my roof and was extremely pleased with their customer service and professionalism. Young men who did the work made sure shrubs were protected and runoff was directed to natural areas.
Had gutters cleaned, some broken hardie plank replaced, and some wood rot on corner boards replaced. Premier was easy to work with. They found a few other issues that needed work, but never felt pressure or pushiness for the other jobs. They were efficient and cleaned the area before leaving. I rehired them to complete the other issues that need work, and would hire them again for any future problems.
