I have used Premier twice now thanks to Oklahoma hail storms. Both times Junior has been amazing. He explained things every step of the way. He even helped make sure I knew what coverage I needed when I was shopping for a new insurance provider. Anyone I have communicated with at Premier has been helpful and kind. They seem to be honest and just want what is best for the customer. A big thank you to Junior for always being helpful and answering my millions of questions.
I recently went through the process of getting a new roof (first time for me as a homeowner) and Premier came highly recommended. My Premier associate Jasper came out at the same time as the insurance adjuster and made the entire process go as seamless as possible.
