First time needing a roof replacement. John Lambert and Alex Vega made the process amazingly smooth. First coming out very quickly to inspect the roof after the hailstorm. Alex contacted our insurance office initiating the claim then scheduled an adjuster right after the inspection. Days later, the insurance adjuster and John with Premier finalized the work to be performed.
