Extremely helpful, I was switching insurance and needed a roofer to come certify that my roof qualified for a discount. They came and looked at my roof to confirm it met the requirements and certified it with my insurance company the same day! And they didn’t even charge me for the visit! Super friendly. Joe S. with Premier roofing did a fantastic job replacing our roof after hail damage. He came and met with the insurance adjuster and made sure that everything went smoothly and was covered. They even found areas where old air vent holes had been covered up by previous roofers from another company and leaking had occurred. Premier repaired these areas and we have had no issues. We'd definitely recommend this company.

We had damage following a severe hail storm. Joe and Premier responded very promptly and conducted a thorough damage assessment. They worked very closely with our insurance adjuster that facilitated getting our damage claim paid. Then they coordinated the subs that worked on the different claims we had. Joe was always communicating updates and progress so we always knew where we were in the process.
