Our service representative Octavius was courteous, polite, kept us informed of what was happening with our car and made an expensive repair tolerable. Our experience was a 5.
Everything from our arrival to the purchase was very pleasant. No pressure and everything was explained regarding all the new features on this SUV. Also a big plus is the free car washes anytime you want one.
Friendly knowledgeable staff, I feel that they put the customer first.
It was a great experience, no pressure, followed through, excellent customer service. I sent my first inquiries to several dealers but Premier Toyota was the only dealer who not only replied my message promptly but also sent a short live video of the Corolla I was interested in.
