If you need service done on your vehicle, the Service department is top-notch. They go above and beyond to get your vehicle taken care of properly and in a timely manner. They thoroughly explain what is wrong, what needs to be fixed and why. Everyone is extremely friendly.

I had a very good experience at Premier Toyota of Amherst. Very pleasant waiting area with free snacks and coffee and water. I drove 1 1/2 hour to get this suv and they let me drive it home for my mechanic to look it over. I was very pleased. The salesman was very attentive to my needs and the finance guy explained the details and helped me lower my payment. It was worth the drive
Premier has been nothing but top notch from the purchase of our new Highlander to the scheduling of regular service. All staff have been very helpful and easy to work with. Shout out to Josh who sold us our new truck! He was great.
