Her and Brett were extremely friendly and polite and really made me feel important to the dealership!!! The dealership is very clean and very well laid out. The way it is , makes it feel homey and inviting. Thanks again Kim and Brett for the great experience!!!! This was my first time in the dealership, but they made me feel like family!!!!

Worst service department. They lie to you to get work done.
Sorry, I spoke too soon. After three trips into the dealership for service and expenditures of over $6,000.00 the problem is still not fixed. You have been very kind but the car is not drivable. It seems someone from Toyota engineering needs to be brought in.

Salesman was rude and refused to sell a car to my nephew, who is In the military, since he already had financing available. This is appalling and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Even with high demand and low inventory, this behavior is unacceptable and good luck staying in business! You’re going to need it.

RecommendedI have never had a negative thing to say about Premier Toyota until today…. I went for an Oil change and new lug nuts. I arrived at 3pm and didn’t leave until 5:30pm. Not sure why this would have taken 2 and a half hours. I had to change plans because of this. I have never went past 1 hour..
