Brett and Shane are wonderful and helpful, however unfortunately the service dept is sub par in the past year or two. Have had to call and complain each time I have taken in. Brett always tries to run defense, but wish they took care of customers as they once did.

bought a 2013 enclave. was told everything worked. timing gears 1500.00.a/ c quit 10miles down the road.150.00. DVD player inop.one speaker works. wiper transmission broken.125.00. wiper blades 70.00. haven't made first payment yet.

Today was the last time I will service my vehicle at Premier Toyota. I scheduled a recall service a couple weeks ago online. A day later a got a confirmation call saying that the parts were in and my appointment was confirmed. So yesterday I dropped my truck off at 10:00am as scheduled. The repair was suppose to take 1-3 hours. I called Premier about three hours after dropping off my vehicle to check on the progress, and was told they have not yet stated working on it. Absolutely horrible experience here. I came in for my first maintenance service and it took nearly 2 hours to rotate tires. Let me repeat that, to Rotate Freaking Tires! I placed an appointment online which the person who took my car said they didn't have. I had a confirmed appointment on-line , so thier IT is obviously jacked up as well.. Went to the waiting area where there was zero check in to even see what you were there for... Ford, Honda, and Dodge has this. I went there and for service and to my surprise 2 people in the service dept we're not wearing there masks properly. I went to look at cars in the showroom and 4 salespeople all had there masks pulled down on there chins. The girl answering the phones even had hers off but put it on when she saw me. Really people? We are in a pandemic especially in Lorain County. You are a business and there are rules. If you don't know someone affected by covid you will. Please be respectful.

It took 3 months for them to repair a small nick in my windshield (I bought the car with the small nick). The repair dept took weeks to return phone calls. I had a good experience when I bought the car but feel like they could care less about me once I drove off the lot.

Be cautious of their so called Certified Vehicles. Less than a month of owning mine oil leak and the brakes screeched. They advised I needed new brakes. But the brakes were in good order when I bought the car? Service manager advised he would work with me and give me a good deal to fix them. Lies. How do brakes go bad so quick? Or maybe there Certified vehicle wasn’t in the condition their report indicated. Be cautious.

I recently brought my 2017 Toyota Tacoma to the service department for an oil leak . I first brought it in in June. I set up an appointment and didn’t receive a call until the end of the day that they were busy and it wasn’t able to be seen. The next day they said they could see a leak and had to put dye in. They attempted to charge me but I had to prove I had an extended premium warranty. I drove it the miles they recommended and brought it back. Still no leak.
