Excellent. My doctor and nurse were phenomenal Thursday night. They listened, were fast, & genuinely cared for me and my well-being. I am extremely happy and very impressed with the care I received. Thank y’all for everything!

So thankful to have an urgent care center available in China Spring! The staff was friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. The check-in process was fast, and I was seen very quickly. I also appreciated the follow-up call to see how I was doing and answer any questions after my visit. We don't have many options without driving into Waco, but I'd recommend going to the China Spring Premier even if there were other options right next door. A+

I was visiting Waco for a few days and needed some medical attention for a severe cough. Very fortunate that my friend happened to purchase a new home right by Premier ER & Urgent Care. Staff was very friendly and the facility is spotless! I received great care and would highly recommend this facility for any medical needs.

This is a place truly deserving of 6 stars. The ladies at the front were personable, professional, and made me feel at home immediately. The NP and the LVN, as well as the rad tech were all superb. They provided quick care, and took time to make sure I understood what was happening throughout the course of my treatment. I would recommend this place to my mother, and she's a nurse. Thank you Travis and Co. for as excellent an experience as one could wish for when you feel like Death's less well liked step brother.
