The staff were very devoted to serving my needs and took the time to answer questions, provide information and follow up with me once I left. No one likes getting sick, but they were so personal, professional and serving; they made the situation so much easier. They truly cannot be outdone. They are simply the best!

This facility in Woodway Texas is the friendliest and most professional ER in Waco. Less Wait, More Care is an understatement when it comes to taking care of their patients. With a 92 year old parent and a former cancer patient, we've found ourselves in this facility for weekend and holiday emergencies since they opened and they never disappoint. I went to Premier Er and the staff was so caring and made sure I got the care I needed this was in Waco next to Baylor they are the best great dr and call and check on me the next day that is the way it should be
