I had the most fabulous experience from dealing with the front desk person to the staff, and of course with Dr. Nordmans!! Your office is immaculate and comfortable. I loved my experience being put to sleep!! The end results of my two procedures were perfectly done! I also appreciated the level of after care and the easy to understand instructions. I was referred to Dr. Van Wagenen after my own dentist’s hygienist noticed a lesion on my soft palette. Got an appointment within a day. Dr. V did the exam and offered to do the biopsy right then. Saved me having to schedule another appointment. Had the procedure and got a phone call with the results six days later. Sent the pathology report directly to me. Couldn’t ask for better experience. ps: results negative non-cancerous lesion.
