Dr. Defeis is the absolute best veterinarian I have ever known! I’m so grateful to the loving staff that takes care of my baby girl at the Bayside clinic and the main hospital! Thank you Joshua, for helping me with her huge bag of dog food. Jess and Michael at Bayside! Dr. Defeis has a genuine love of animals and their well-being. This is a great place to take your pets for care. Superb attention. Vets are very professional and the staff are very cordial. Our pet was in his last days. I couldn’t-thank them enough. Thank you.
They took my dog in immediately for what I thought was an emergency. Luckily, nothing was seriously wrong. They were compassionate and professional. Very thankful to the staff and doctor who took good care of Archie.

Great service. The staff was very helpful and kind. Nobody tried to sell me any unnecessary products. It wasn't like going to the mechanic, where you just know that you're about to get ripped off! My kitty felt safe and calm the entire time. The office is very clean and it is a quiet and peaceful environment; which is important for any animal whis already not feeling well and super stressed out. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for quality animal care.
