Renters and property owners beware -- The company's actions contradict its stated policy of "first, best." Confirmation from an employee indicated that our application was first received and would be promptly processed. I have lived on a property managed by this company for almost 9 years. I have never once had a good experience dealing with them. The lack of communication with the office is horrendous. Leslie NEVER returns phone calls. 90% of the time I call, we get voice-mail only to never hear back. Do better, this is the job you signed up for. Do not use this property management company. They're useless. I wish i could give 0 stars.

If you own any Property. Do not let them manage it. Even when the tenants pay early you still have to chase your money down. If you are depending on them to pay you on time to pay your mortgage you will be late almost every single month. Today is our last month on the books after multiple emails and a telephone conversation it never gets better with the deposits. It is today the 16th I still didn’t get my money.
