My introductory new patient visit went very well today. I have had previous excellent hygienist service by Lori at another practice, and I was looking forward to trying another practice. The staff was very friendly, professional and effective. The office is equipped with state of the art equipment. Dr. Herbert has a wonderful no pressure style and considers your unique needs and expectations. And he offers some services like implants which are not available in other offices. I am very happy I tried this new practice.
Had my appointment today that I had been putting off for quite awhile due to being on a fixed income and money being tight. The office was very accommodating in setting up a payment plan for me . Dr Herbert explained everything in a matter that I could fully understand. The office staff are very caring and very experienced in all aspects of dentistry.
