I had a fabulous checkup today! Such a nice office, wonderful friendly staff, and Dr Herbert is very thorough taking his time explaining everything! I would definitely recommend this office and Dentist!
Had another appointment with Dr. Herbert and the crew. Office staff is great. Stacy is a wonderful, gentle hygienist. I soo appreciate that! Truth be told...I'm scared of dentistry. This was my fifth appointment here, my third withDr. Herbert. He is friendly, personable, and professional, and is not trying to "sell" services that are not needed. I appreciate that, too! Great service and care when I had a dental implant today!
I called about recementing a front tooth, an emergency to me! It was taken care of after consultation with Dr. Herbert regarding future maintenance and options, on the same day. Pretty awesome.
Dr. Herbert is great! I need a revisit after my cleaning. Never felt a thing, even the initial injections! Now that's a Dentist who will be around a long time!
I just had a implant procedure (almost done), this was quite a extensive procedure (drilling, stitches ect) but it was painless. Dr. Herbert is a excellent doctor and he is attentive, professional and he made me feel I was the only patient in the office. If I ever moved away from Prescott I would drive, fly or take a train to keep him as my dentist. Today is the day after the procedure and it feels like it was never done I feel GREAT and I owe this all to Dr. Herbert's expertise in his field.
We recently moved to Prescott. We were very comfortable with our dentist in Southern California for more than ten years. Dr. Herbert and his staff exceeded our expectations. We look forward to a long relationship. Thanks.
