The doctor and staff were amazing.
So far I am 2 appointments in and they have been nothing but professional. The location is very clean, well kept, comfortable, and welcoming. I will definitely recommend them to anyone!
Just had my first session for my tattoo removal! Jim was really nice and took the time to explain the process and risks. He made me feel at ease in my nervous state. The process was painful but not too bad, a steady burning and stinging. But I am excited to have started this journey with such a nice and clean environment. Can't wait to go back!

The employees are nice and friendly for the most part. The front desk staff are very nice. However, one of the techs that do the laser treatments is a bit grumpy when she realizes you have a Groupon special. The other laser tech is very nice regardless and is conscientious of keeping you comfortable during the procedure and explaining things to you. Maybe I got the other tech on a bad day--I hope.
